My kids wished the room had a kitchenette for easy snack prep.

Had an awesome time with my friends here! We visited the Flower Clock and took a stroll by Lake Geneva, both super close to the hotel. The breakfast spread was solid, especially the coffee, and our room was clean and comfy. Plus, getting the Geneva transport card upon check-in was a major bonus for exploring the city without any hassle. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun trip!

The only downside was the shower head in the bathroom — it really needed an upgrade. It made showering less enjoyable than it should've been.

The location is superb, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and the lake, with numerous dining options nearby. The breakfast spread was noteworthy, offering a variety of delicious choices. However, the room felt cramped, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids, which affected their sleep. The adult bed also left much to be desired in terms of comfort, making it hard to rest well after a day of exploring.

I absolutely loved the large, spacious room and enjoyed relaxing at the spa lounge after a busy day. There were also some great massage options to unwind. The only downside was the shower drain that could use some attention, but it didn't put a damper on my stay. 😊

The hotel's location in the vibrant Pâquis neighborhood offers an eclectic mix of sights, though it might be a bit rough around the edges. Comfortably spacious rooms were nice, but noisy air conditioning and cramped service elevators were unexpected. The staff was friendly, adding warmth to the experience.

My stay at Novotel was truly pleasant. The staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The room was both comfortable and remarkably quiet, which allowed me to focus on work without distraction. Additionally, the hotel's location provided easy access to public transport, and the complimentary passes made traveling around Geneva effortless.

Perfect spot for family fun

We spent 2 nights in a family room and it was perfect! The beds were super comfy and the place was clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Super close to the lake and the fountain, and tons of restaurants nearby. Only downside was the parking—limited spaces which made it tricky. But overall, it was a great stay!

The location offered great access to nearby bars and restaurants. Fresh water was provided daily in the room. Unfortunately, the room was cramped and rather dated, making for an uncomfortable stay. The staff's rudeness was particularly disheartening, as they were unhelpful when I inquired about my room after a long wait. While there was some enjoyment in the surroundings, the service and comforts left much to be desired.
